We would like to present you our new initiative for BAS members - the mentoring project. The aim of the project is to provide a platform for better communication and integration between BAS members. We are looking for mentors and mentees.Individuals who could share their experiences with others and those who would like to be mentored.
This program aims at networking between senior, more experienced members of our community with the members entering their professional careers. It is our strategic goal to create the strong bonds between BAS members. We are looking for mentors who will build a relationship with their mentees, will teach them and advise them to become effective in their undertakings. As always the case, involvement in this type of project means a long-term relationship is being struck up between mentor and mentee. Among all of you we are now looking to recruit 6 mentors and 12 mentees, who will get a chance to take part in a unique project.
Participants will be invited to mentoring workshop that is planned for late March. All participants are to be trained by international professionals. The training helps all attendees to discover and develop their mentoring skills and benefit further from the project.
